Pitchside is a service by Fractionite. This notice explains the limited information collected when you visit this website or contact us about a club pilot.
Information we collect
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website. Our web server records standard technical access logs, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested page, date and time. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, club, contact details and enquiry.
How we use it
Technical logs help us keep the website secure, diagnose faults and understand overall demand. Enquiry information is used to reply to you, arrange a demonstration and discuss whether Pitchside is suitable for your club.
Retention and sharing
Website logs are rotated and retained for up to 30 days. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support our email and hosting, or disclosed where required by law.
Your rights
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. Contact pitchside@fractionite.uk. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Future service data
This notice covers the public website and initial enquiries. A club using Pitchside will receive service-specific terms and privacy information before any club accounts, member information or publishing integrations are configured.
